This comprehensive service package aligns with the concept of a general contractor. In its future, Delvar Group envisions transforming into a general contractor operating under the FEPCCM model, which involves handling all six core stages of a project:
1. Financing: Utilizing various financial methods, such as project funding from the stock market and banking credits, to enhance Delvar’s liquidity strength.
2. Design and Engineering: Encompassing detailed design and the creation of workshop drawings, this stage significantly strengthens the company’s consulting capabilities.
3. Procurement: Sourcing goods from global markets, a field in which Delvar Group is already active.

Beginning of Operations
Delvar Sahel Jonoub Company started its activities in 2005 as a provider of catering and logistics services for Norway’s Statoil. At that time, Statoil was operating as the developer of South Pars gas fields in Assaluyeh.
Supplier of Oil Equipment
In 2010, due to emerging trade restrictions and the country’s urgent need for drilling equipment, Delvar Sahel Jonoub Company established facilities in Tehran and international trade hubs, including the UAE and China. This enabled the company to meet the demands of the oil industry, particularly in the drilling sector, effectively responding to the needs of companies such as National Iranian Drilling Company, Continental Shelf Company, North Drilling Company, Pedex, and other active upstream oil companies.
Entry into Refinery and Petrochemical Sectors
In 2020, with the formation of a specialized organization equipped with technical expertise, Delvar Sahel Jonoub Company gained recognition as a reliable provider for identifying manufacturers and ensuring timely and secure delivery of goods required by clients. The company has extended its services to refinery and petrochemical sectors, serving companies like Bou Ali Sina Petrochemical, Isfahan Oil Refining Company, and Kavian Petrochemical.
